Brittani Sterling, Brittany Paloma Fiedler, and James Cheng from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, are conducting a study to explore what the definition of a mid-career academic librarian is and how the experiences of mid-career academic librarians of color influence retention efforts and job satisfaction. We are looking for current or past academic librarians of color in the United States and Canada who consider themselves mid-career.
Please fill out this screening tool https://unlv.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_af7abda9heleYFT to help us find individuals for a 60-90 minute interview. Those selected for interviews will receive a $25 USD e-gift card as compensation for their time.
